Thorough information search matters
Our client needed to remove a review with comments.
There were lots of moderators on this forum; each topic was moderated by 5-6 of them. By a stroke of luck, our review was moderated by only one person.
We entered into negotiations with him and discussed various topics. We tried to ask him whether it was possible to remove the article from the forum? He said, “Yes,” he could do it, but would never do it because he didn’t want to do it, so we waited and continued corresponding. And one day, we found out that he was a professional snowboarder and had a video channel. We asked him what he thought about a new HERO6 GoPro. He said that he was dreaming of getting it, but he didn’t have enough money.
We asked: “So, if we give you this gift, will you be able to help us with the article removal?” The moderator was happy, and we closed the deal. The review and the comments were removed, and the client was happy. This case shows that a thorough search of information about the target person can provide fascinating and helpful results.
