Personal approach to annoyed people works

The content was extremely harmful to our client, and he gave us this case for removal. The guy who posted the information on the forum was outraged as he lost time and money. We found out that he was interested in collecting plants and wrote articles about rare plants.

What we wrote a review of his book and published it on the forum he visited and where he checked information about plants and talked to other users. We wrote that he made mistakes about some of the plant species. He found our review and wrote to us, trying to convince us that his book was correct, and we didn’t enunciate correctly. After that, we spent two days conversing about the plants. We became good friends. Then, we asked him to remove the article; he agreed, and the task was completed.
