Unapproachable complaint websites can concede

Remove a negative article

Our client had negative information on the most complex complaint website.

Other ORM agencies refused to work with his link as they thought that it was impossible to remove information from the resource. They found that the site positioned itself as a real opposition to scam companies and individuals, and advocated the freedom of speech and convictions, and claimed that no information has ever been deleted from the website.

We got down to work on the project for 2 months period. During the first month, we searched for information and ways of solution. We found a person who helped us to contact the website administration of this resource. We entered into negotiations with the website administration and the owner of the site. But we didn’t write them in the context of the article deletion; we started with writing them and offering a partnership. At first, they were aggressive and told us to leave them alone, but we didn’t stop, we waited.

We wrote them again and again, and within two weeks, we established proper relationships and only then told them about our problem with the article. For a week, they were thinking it over, so we didn’t meet the deadline, and the client was worried. They put an outrageous price for removing the information. It took us a week more to negotiate the price, and the client called us every day to clear up the situation. Finally, we agreed, and the article and all other information about the client posted on the website were deleted forever.

This case proves that patience and the right negotiating technique make it possible to remove a negative article even from the most complex complaint websites.
